Our Health Tick health and wellbeing services are delivered by Registered Nurses experienced in occupational health.
The depth of knowledge our nurses have means they often pick up on warning signs that maybe outside of the parameter of the assessment they are conducting. Our clients tell us this is a great value-add for the candidate or employee and for the employer or client. It also means potential health issues can be picked up early and before they impact the employee or the business.
Coverage Health Tick are currently able to offer on-site services from 13 clinics nationwide. We also have a mobile van option available in most areas.
Extensive offering
As well as pre employment medicals, driver medicals, annual health monitoring, wellbeing assessments, exit medicals, flu vaccinations and respiratory fit testing, we can help our clients with access to additional services through our sister company The Drug Detection Agency (TDDA). TDDA offers 24/7 mobile drug and alcohol testing, training, education, and substance use policy design in NZ workplaces. TDDA is IANZ accredited.
Imperans Imperans is our bespoke software system in which health data is captured, stored and ultimately reported from. Through Imperans clients are able to request a booking, track progress of the booking, add/write notes and view the final report upon assessment completion.
Record Management As custodians of client health data Health Tick have a thorough understanding regarding the legalisation for collection and storage of health records. Health Tick’s own data capture/storage platform known as Imperans has been built from the ground up on the Microsoft Azure platform and utilises the Azure security management and threat protection. All data within the database is fully encrypted and only authenticated users have access to the data via the Imperans interface.

Health Tick place a strong emphasis on fast health reporting ensuring clients can make informed decisions and have the required legislative records readily available. Reporting can include comparison to normative data and pre-employment/historical records.
